Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RecBeam, a product of Nexus Eclipse (Pvt) Ltd ("RecBeam", "we", "us", "our"). By using RecBeam, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use RecBeam only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you record, upload, and share, and for making sure you have the right to record and share that content, including obtaining consent from anyone appearing or speaking in a recording where required by law.

Ownership of your recordings

You retain ownership of the recordings you create. We do not claim ownership over your content. You grant RecBeam only the limited rights needed to store, host, and transmit your recordings so that they can be uploaded and shared through the service.

Prohibited content

You may not use RecBeam to create, upload, or share content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes another person's rights
• Contains malware or is intended to harm others' devices or accounts
• Harasses, threatens, or exploits any individual
• Violates another person's privacy, including recording someone without appropriate consent where required

Service availability

RecBeam is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and features, storage limits, and pricing may change as the product develops.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to RecBeam for accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users or for RecBeam. Where practical, we will attempt to notify you before or promptly after taking such action.

Storage limits

RecBeam may apply storage quotas, upload size limits, and rate limits to free and any future paid tiers. These limits may change as the service develops; we do not have finalized pricing or plan tiers at this time.

Intellectual property complaints

If you believe content uploaded through RecBeam infringes your intellectual property rights, contact info@nexuseclipse.com with a description of the content, its location (share link), and your rights in the material. We will review and respond to valid complaints.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecBeam and Nexus Eclipse (Pvt) Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data. RecBeam is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Governing company

RecBeam is operated by Nexus Eclipse (Pvt) Ltd. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nexus Eclipse (Pvt) Ltd's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (Specific governing-law and jurisdiction language to be finalized during legal review.)

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as RecBeam develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date once these Terms are finalized and published.
