How to remove your data from RecBeam.
Deleting a single recording
Self-serve deletion of individual recordings from inside the RecBeam extension is planned but not yet available. Until it ships, email info@nexuseclipse.com from the address associated with your RecBeam account and include the share link(s) of the recording(s) you'd like removed. We'll delete the recording from storage and remove its listing from our database.
Deleting your entire account
To request deletion of your RecBeam account and all associated data — your profile information, sign-in sessions, and any uploaded recordings — email info@nexuseclipse.com from your account's email address with the subject line "Delete my RecBeam account." We will confirm your request and complete the deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your uploaded recordings, removed from Cloudflare R2 storage
- Your account profile and recording records, removed from Cloudflare D1
- Your active sign-in sessions, revoked immediately
Recordings you saved only locally in your browser (never uploaded) are not affected by this process — you can remove those directly from the RecBeam extension at any time, and they are never sent to us in the first place.
Response time
We aim to complete deletion requests promptly. Since RecBeam does not yet have a self-serve deletion flow, requests are currently handled manually by our team.
